IntroductionMany issues surrounding the human resource department are crucial to effectively managing an organization's workforce. In this regard, recruitment and firing are essential. Both of these actions can result from issues ranging from underperformance to violation of terms of employment to even terminations due to various company issues. However, they must always be carried out in a professional and dignified manner in order to maintain the good reputation of the organization. Concept 1Hiring and firing are among the most sensitive areas of human resource management worldwide. Because of their potential to affect both the performance of other employees and the public image of a company, they should be treated with great caution. According to the 'Lectric Law Library (2011), there are high chances of disputes between an employer and an employee when a contract is terminated by an employer. Therefore, when an employee is to be terminated, it must be done in a professional manner, with the authority carrying out the termination having involved the human resources staff.
