  • Essay / Lack of sleep - 884

Insufficient sleep has adverse effects on our health, such as obesity, heart attacks, strokes, etc. A friend of mine works nights. Almost every evening she goes to work and returns in the morning. Due to her work schedule, she does not have time to sleep and regularly eat a balanced diet or what our body needs each day. Even though she slept in the morning, she can't sleep properly because she sometimes has to go to the market, most of the time her roommate makes noise or invites friends. Because of these things, she always looks tired and sleepy. As she is known to work nights, she drank a lot of energy drinks. She doesn't have time to eat at home because no one cooks at home. She depends on fast foods which contain a lot of calories. She works in a store that isn't very busy but she has to stay up all night. Therefore, her metabolism is slow compared to the amount of fast food she has eaten. After a month, when I saw her, she looked different, like she was gaining weight or had a swollen face. But looking at his eating habits and sleeping conditions, this result shocked me. So I asked her what she ate and how many hours she slept? I searched the internet and found that lack of sleep caused such a thing. So I agree with the statement provided by Mr. Tesh on his video. Lack of sleep plays a major role in weight gain and the feeling of fatigue is mainly affected.
