So when I want to become a daycare teacher, I already have experience and I don't have to go through all the hassle where they don't accept me. because I have no experience. I had to take 4 Early Childhood Education courses to get my Early Childhood Assistant certificate. Now I'm working on my 18 credit hours for this, I need 4 Early Childhood Education courses and two electives from the Early Childhood Education program. In order for me to earn my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education Teaching, I need a total of 64 credit hours to graduate. Before I graduate, I will earn each of the certificates offered by the program so that I can start getting a job focused on the career I love to do. By earning the certificate, I qualify to become a daycare or preschool teacher, but to become a professional preschool teacher, I need to transfer to a four-year college so I can focus on preschool and kindergarten.
