Abused animals are not capable of defending themselves and should not be exploited. This has been a problem for most of the world's existence. People take advantage of helpless animals who have done nothing to deserve mistreatment. The person you least expect could be an animal abuser. It is very difficult to determine this based on a person's personality or characteristics. Puppy mills are another contributing factor to animal abuse. Puppy mills provide disgusting and unsuitable conditions for puppies. Puppies should be raised in a happy environment with plenty of space for them to play. They need to have caring owners and people who take care to keep their surroundings clean. Puppies cannot take care of themselves at such a young age, they need help from an owner or guardian.
