In Units 1-4, there is a demonstration of the elements that make up the individualistic atmosphere of a team, group, or employees. As a high school student at the time, I had to remind myself of my ability to contribute to student government in my strongest areas. This all led to the motivating factor of the group. We were motivated by the fact that we, as a group, could create school activities that would only be successful if our efforts were successful. I was able to learn things about myself as a leader: what I could improve, what could stay, and what should be left behind. Leadership opportunities may seem intimidating at first, but they have the ability to provide major breakthroughs in one's ability to change not only their lives, but the lives of others as well. Positive leadership experiences don't have to be sporadic, but when negative they can create a permanent or hard-to-change opinion of distaste for group work. In the world of entrepreneurship, business or enterprise, the work ethic is collective and depends on the composition of the company. Working well with others is a strategy that can help make life easier in whatever endeavors someone chooses to pursue. As the university comes to an end, it is interesting to see where old memories will appear in the academic process, such as the MAN 320F. This leadership experience during my high school years is an example to learn, develop and apply the skills I absorbed back when my academics needed leadership as they transformed into skills for the real world .
