    Most foods available at places such as McDonalds, Burger Kings, and even Taco Bell have a high concentration of fat, salt, and sugar. It can cause serious health problems if eaten often, as most Americans do, simply because it's cheap, convenient, and most likely contains MSG, making you addicted to that particular food. However, if you consume it rarely or even in small portions with exercise afterward, you have a better chance of preventing health risks that can arise like high blood pressure, diabetes, and even heart disease. Recently, fast food chains have started adding healthier options to their menus along with nutritional information. Thus giving the individual the choice of consuming cleaner foods or processed foods, which will then result in a positive or negative impact.
