In today's business world, change and innovation have become indispensable aspects for any organization that wants to survive in the long term in the market . This is simply because the modern market is characterized by an extremely high level of competition. Therefore, many organizations have invested a significant portion of their resources in innovation as well as promoting change. These efforts are expected to contribute significantly to achieving the goals of a modern organization. Change and innovation have become one of the basic concepts of modern organizations. An organization's competitiveness is determined by its desire to adopt innovation or introduce new and/or modified products to the market. Leaders of the most successful organizations manage them so that they can get the most out of their human and technical resources by responding quickly and effectively to identified business challenges. Maximum use of human resources implies that the company is able to harness the skills and imagination of staff to promote innovation in all dimensions of the organization. Through this process, an organization will itself be in a position that effectively promotes continuous innovation of new products and services for the market. However, it is important to note that organizations must be able to critically analyze their environment in order to identify existing opportunities and problems.
