First of all, video games create violence among children because some games are violent. When playing violent games, children “tend to be more aggressive” (“Advice for Parents” 1). It is for this reason that they make every effort to succeed. They don't care how they play, even if it's good or bad, they don't care. Additionally, children play video games and focus solely on them. They cannot learn new things outside the world because they limit themselves to them. They waste most of their time with them. In doing so, they “notice a decline in academic results” (Gentile et al. qtd. “Advice to parents” 1). Thus, they also lose hope in their bright future, which totally depends on their school education. Spending most of their time playing video games, they are unable to interact with new people. Furthermore, it is also claimed that “games take too long to learn” (Hovious and Van Eck 37). This is the main negative point of video games in education. Playing fighting games or shooting games daily can increase the anger level in children, they fight with other children at school and get angry with their teachers (“Advice for Parents” 1 ).
