In my assignments, if they were not concise, it would take more than the pages necessary to express my thoughts, and the meaning would be lost. In a professional environment, coming back to advertisements, they are expensive and limited by space. All information must be concise and precise; otherwise, it would cost more and the message would be ineffective. Arrangement: This would be the order in which the written thought, key points and all other aspects are presented to the audience in order to enhance their perception of the message. In my writing assignments, I try to follow an order and put paragraphs together so that they relate to each other without breaking the relationship between key points. Coming back to the advertisements, we can clearly see the layout aspect within the company in terms of size, colors and presentation in a magazine. A full page ad will draw more attention to the message than a quarter page
