There are many questions that a person must explore in order to create an ideal questionnaire. First of all, it is necessary to define the objective of the study, which can at the same time serve as a basis for the structure of the questionnaire and develop the content in order to collect the necessary information to meet the objectives of the study. Once this is done, the researcher must choose the type of question and write good questions. Last but not least, establish the correct layout. Based on the attached appendix, I will create an assessment. How can a person decide whether a researcher has defined the objective well or poorly? The easiest way is to look at the questions asked and how they relate to the topic of this study. Giving an example from the attached questionnaire, the researcher first asks some general questions, aiming to collect basic knowledge about the learner. Some of them are open-ended and some are closed, like “Are you a man or a woman?” Open-ended questions surely allow the learner to write their own answers, however, questions like "How long did you live there?" » could be easily transformed into a closed program using the age range; thus less time is spent answering the question and the researcher himself spends less time on analysis. I also believe that questions 7 and 8 cancel each other out somewhat given that the question of age has already been asked; so one of them would be enough. The researcher also uses the Likert scale to measure learners' skills and learn about the learner's attitude towards learning Dutch. There is no comment on how to check the answers (questions 17 to 20), nor a full explanation of the scale points (questions 17 to 20); some of them are simply omitted in the middle of the paper, which takes too much time. Such questionnaires are exhausting and tiring. The researcher does, however, provide a thank you note at the end of the questionnaire, which is the first and last positive point from me in this evaluation of this survey. In conclusion, the questionnaire provided aims to collect different types of data using short answers. questions (e.g. 6), Likert scale questions (e.g. 17), fill-in-the-blank questions (e.g. 2) or alternative answer questions (e.g. 10). Many of them are sometimes very demanding and confusing for the learner, but the researcher, as I mentioned earlier, should collect a sufficient amount of data to analyze the topic of his study if all questions are answered honestly and honest. Considering all this, I think this questionnaire needs some adjustments to qualify as a well-designed questionnaire..
