In this essay, I will talk about a person. It's learning English as a second language and I'm going to explain to him how to improve his English with some activities that I came up with by doing research, applying a quiz and helping him with his homework. So that she can feel comfortable with her English. First of all in order to complete this essay. I spoke with Nayeli Lopez and asked her what gives her the most difficulty in English. She is a 17-year-old Mexican student. She is in an intermediate English class. She lives in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, she studies at high school in the morning and in the afternoon, she takes her English classes 5 days a week, 2 hours a day. Nayeli's native language is Spanish, which she speaks all day except during her 2 hours of English. She decided to study English because she loves English and also wants to go and live in the United States. So the main reason for studying English as a second language is to be able to communicate fluently in English and also to have better opportunities in life. According to my investigation, the questionnaire devices, daily coexistence with her and really help her when she struggles with her homework. I came to a conclusion about its strongest learning method. It is by explaining it and also with visuals and focusing more on its vocabulary than on grammar. His grammar skills are really good. Therefore, what she needs to improve more is her vocabulary. His way of expressing himself in English with others and helping him to speak more in English. She could therefore be more confident when speaking in English with someone else in her situation because she wants to live in an English-speaking country. There are many different ways...... middle of paper ...... Here are some good methods to improve Nayeli's English conversation skills. Finally, there are many different ways to improve English conversation skills and English vocabulary. But to find out what was the easiest way and the right way to apply and see what was the right way for Nayeli to understand it, it's like I mentioned before. Read, explain in different ways without using metalanguage and for conversation skills, have conversations and talk with her in English.
