IntroductionMost people believe that stress is only caused by everyday actions such as working on a difficult exam, getting stuck in traffic on the way to work, or even just forgetting your phone at home. Although there are more thoughtful ways to stress yourself out (like leaving things to the last minute or having a long discussion with someone), it is less well known that lack of sleep can cause significant stress on the body and the human mind. , leading to cognitive disorders (Giese et al., 2013). It might be helpful for future studies if participants slept in the laboratory and also stayed there during the day. This study is vital not only for students but also for elderly people and even teenagers as it will help them understand why they are not able to perform at their best after not getting enough sleep at several times. It is essential that people know why sleep is so crucial to living a healthy life and what long-term effects it can have on one's life. High schools and universities could also use the results of this study to find ways to teach students how to take care of themselves so that they can succeed not only in school, but also in life..
