    Once a person graduates from law school, before they can begin working as a lawyer, they must take an exam called the bar. The test is not graded with A's; B, C, D or F and is instead graded by the pass-fail system. Once the test is scored, it shows whether the person passed or failed the bar. What is important at the Bar is that people are successful, which indicates competence in their understanding of the material for use in the real world. Whereas the current letter grading system shows who has understood the material. The pass/fail system should also be implemented in all American secondary schools. This revolutionary idea of ​​a practical nature would benefit students because letter grades can cause unnecessary stress and do not accurately measure students' practical knowledge and intelligence level. The system has been around for many years and has become a major factor in every student's educational journey. Parents support the system because it shows them where their children are doing in school. Another reason for this system is to motivate students to achieve higher grades in order to outperform themselves in each term's grades. This supposedly encourages students to excel. The letter grade system also allows colleges to rank applicants and determine high-performing students who are eligible for college scholarships. Some might say that it is for these reasons that the letter grading system is reliable and has continued to work over the years. Additionally, supporters of the current letter grade system may think that replacing it and implementing the pass/fail system in all U.S. high schools would be a bad decision.
