The reason I disagree is that when I sit, I choose the most comfortable pose. Basically, I feel like everyone does the same. When I sit and strike a little pose, it's not because I feel helpless, but because that's how I feel comfortable; and this also applies to an expanded pose, not because I feel powerful but because I feel comfortable in this pose. I'm part of a church retreat team called Quest, we run retreats for young people. During the retreats, at one point, we divided the young people into small groups. The Quest team is also divided into smaller groups and is the leader of them. I felt good and comfortable leading a group even when I'm in a small position when talking to them and at no time did I feel
