    My peers were my closest clique of friends, I always had a large peer group in which they had a major influence on my behavior at school. For the most part, my peers had a positive impact on my behavior as I spent time with friends who had good grades and played multiple sports. My friends' habits were moderately passed on to me, that's when I realized that I was being pushed by my peers to do good things that would have a positive impact on my life as a student. A common misconception about peer pressure is that negative peer pressure happens, but my friends pushed me to study more and go out to play more sports like tennis and soccer. My peers helped shape my social conformity because they granted conformity to their standards and punished nonconformity.
