Telecommuting allows employees to work from home or remotely across the world. The question is what are the different support services provided by the organization to teleworkers and traditional employees in a regular office. The objectives of this study are to explain the many types of telecommuting employee support services that can be provided and the different support services needed by telecommuters and office IT workers. The objective of this article is to provide a framework to help IT managers resolve problems and increase their potential profit by providing good support service. In the previous study, the authors stated that there are various studies on teleworking that include references to company attitudes. towards teleworking, motivation, productivity, supervision and employee satisfaction.
