This article mainly discusses leadership and creativity from a problem-solving perspective based on the results of previous studies. The purpose of the article is to expand on the individual facts, focusing on the cognitive processes related to creative outcomes, and to give suggestions on how leaders can improve their employees' creative problem solving. However, there are more complex facts that can affect creative products in terms of contextual factors; for example, the different types of leadership that can affect employee creativity are not fully addressed in this article. Second, the research approach using the analytical research method has some shortcomings. Then, an alternative research method will be proposed in the third part. Therefore, the main goal of my essay is to demonstrate that there are more factors to consider in the process of creative problem solving and to explain why other research methods should be used in this topic target. This article is based on In the current research that has identified different factors that can affect organizational creativity, including at the individual and organizational level, the author generally introduced the factors at individual and organizational levels with the creativity models. The author then focuses on discussing individual factors that may influence creative problem solving. Next, the similarities between cognitive processes and creative problem solving are introduced in order to draw out the main theme.
