When it comes to the action-centered leadership model, this model could be helpful because it provides an easy-to-follow concept and allows everyone to use it. The model proposes 3 areas of concern, namely task, team and individual, and managers and leaders will achieve the best results when all areas are well balanced. Learning by doing can also benefit all students who want to learn from real-world experiences such as understanding and applying theories in practice, learning to work in diverse teams, and exercise of both leadership and management.
