ConclusionInternational arbitration is a private and efficient method of resolving disputes. And it is an alternative dispute resolution method (ADR), in general, chosen voluntarily by the parties. Today, it tends to be the preferred means of resolving disputes within the international business community. This research has shown what international commercial arbitration is to find a solution to commercial disputes that arise between parties to their international status; we have raised an important linguistic and idiomatic question on this subject. We were informed that the agreement to refer the dispute relating to international trade matters arising between adversaries to an independent body and not to the courts to resolve the dispute and that the decision of the arbitration is binding on them. We have also explained the advantages of this method. to resolve disputes which characterized the speed of conflict resolution and justice. Confidentiality and trust between adversaries are the basis of this special system for resolving disputes in accordance with international trade secrecy and its requirements. The faults attributed to arbitration are no longer just general observations and cannot stand up to what has characterized international commercial arbitration as a prominent place and the satisfaction of the international community in making it the basis for attracting foreign investments and the promotion of economic reality, particularly in important areas.
