The report focuses on different steps to make a career plan, such as knowing yourself, discovering, making decisions and talking about action, which are the main points of your career plan. Knowing yourself means exploring your skills, interests and motivations to define your work and education goals. The discovery stage involves exploring careers, education fields as well as determining your weakness to have a variety of options, whether in career or learning fields. The third step is to make decisions by choosing the career that matches your skills, interests and motivations. The final step is to take action by making a plan of what actions will help me get my job done and what experience do I need to know where to start. This topic is important because it gives you a clear vision of your future and what step you should take to succeed. In addition, it will help you organize your finances as well as choose your training. Know yourself: Knowing yourself is the first step and the most important part of career planning. It starts with asking yourself where I am now, where I want to be, and how I will get there. Once you have a clear idea of ​​the previous questions, you can assess your skills, interests and motivations. Additionally, when it comes to skills, you need to present your strengths and weaknesses to see if it fits your choice in the future or if you can develop your weakness.
