This makes a company analyze these factors and consider future aspects. Socio-cultural factors include increase in population, diversity in types of people, level of education which we call literacy rate, norms and values, and social responsibility. Literacy in the country is the main factor in knowing the level of education. The literacy rate is high in the target market country, which would be helpful for the company to perform its functions. Social responsibility is carried out by the company for the welfare of society. Corporate responsibility includes society's expectations of a business. Customers, suppliers, stakeholders and government are the people who benefit from retail banking in the target.
