    Students know who is in charge and respect authority. It doesn't have a set of rules on a board or anything, they just know it. When I was with the specialist group while they were giving their lecture, they treated me with respect and considered me an authoritative figure. A student had asked me if he could check out a book (we had gone to the library), and I felt like I had power. These students are very respectful, and it's funny because I don't really remember it from my 10th grade class. They don't question him, when he tells them to do something, he does it. The course is rather fast-paced but the students are able to keep up. Sometimes they might spend 10 minutes on an assignment, but because students take the class every day, they can come back to it.
