This is why it is important to discuss women's equality and the concept of diversity with adults, but also with children. Children learn from their parents what is ethical and moral, so they should be the ones to guide them and teach them that women and men are equal, and that one gender should not be able to dominate the other. Teaching our children about gender equality will not only benefit future generations of women, but also future generations of men. By teaching our youth that both sexes are capable of the same tasks, the same education and even the same emotions, neither sex will no longer be criticized and judged for not acting within the designated gender roles that our society has tendency to impose.
