3. Structure of a Car-145 Approved Maintenance OrganizationThe CAR-145 Approved Maintenance Organization shall provide to the Authority (GCAA) a Maintenance Organization Exhibition (MOE) which shall contain the following required elements on its structure:– The safety and quality policy of the maintenance organization. Organization;– All personnel requirements, including title(s) and name(s) of person(s) appointed under the CAR;– Lists of duties and responsibilities of appointees;– Structured organization chart showing associated chains of responsibility between appointees;– an enumerated list of certification staff and B1 and B2 support staff;– a general description of available manpower resources;– the general description of the facility requirements and its location address specified in the OM approval certificate; – the area of organization of maintenance of relevant works within the scope of approval; – Also any notification of change in the maintenance organization. In addition to the above elements, the approved maintenance organization must provide the Authority with additional information regarding the following elements: – the procedure for modifying the exposure of the maintenance organization; – the procedures and quality system established by the Maintenance Organization; – List of commercial operators to which the OM provides an aircraft maintenance service; – List of subcontracted and subcontracted assembly organizations and stations4. Roles and Responsibilities of CAR-145 Approved Maintenance Organization Key Personnel As part of the CAR-145 Approved Maintenance Organization staffing requirements, the following key personnel are assigned the following roles and responsibilities: Responsible Manager - must be appointed by the principal. .... middle of paper ......rental experience in accordance with the privileges granted by the aircraft maintenance technician license or, meets the provisions for the issuance of appropriate privileges; and3. He has the appropriate skills to certify maintenance on the corresponding aircraft; and4. He/she is able to read, write and communicate at an understandable level in the language(s) in which the technical documentation and procedures necessary for the issuance of the certificate of commissioning are written. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISE OF PRIVILEGES: A maintenance experience of 6 months in 2 years must be understood as composed of two elements; o Duration and nature of experience – The minimum to meet the requirements of these elements may vary depending on the size and complexity of the aircraft and the type of operation and maintenance.
