The external market environment for Samsung looks promising as the economy is slowly growing which means we will be able to sell massive quantities of our product as people will get used to the technology. We expect competitors to join the market later, which poses a threat, but we have taken them into consideration and planned accordingly. Our target market, millennials, are extremely tech-savvy and tend to not have time to do housework as they work long hours at work and are focused on starting a family. From the SWOT analysis, it is evident that Samsung has many strengths compared to its weaknesses, which gives us great importance.
