    The American flag means something different to each person, but what does the American flag really mean? The flag can mean whatever you want. For some, the flag may have no meaning and symbolize nothing, while for others, the flag means everything. In addition, the flag represents pride in their country for some people. To me, the American flag represents the freedom of the people and of my country. It represents people's willingness to give as well as democracy. To begin with, when children are little, they tend to see the American flag as a piece of fabric with three different colors and stars.
