Project Title: Automatic Drug Sorting Machine Preparation Date: 01/12/2013Process Description: Drug sorting process is very useful in all pharmaceutical companies because This is the most essential part of whole drug manufacturing. ride a bike. So in different companies in Pakistan it is done manually so the hygiene level is quite low. So after the end of this entire process chain, we will have an automatic system that can sort different types of medicines based on their color, weight and size, and this will be done automatically without any human interruption. The main steps of this project would be: Collection of information verification of this information Design Testing Calibration Process metrics: • Each process is designed to reliably produce one or more results. So, when deciding which metrics to develop, we always focus first. on the results of the process, not on the activities. Metrics should measure whether the process not only produces the results, but also whether all appropriate expectations are met each time the process is executed. • When developing metrics, we focus first on what to measure, not how the measurement will occur. There are several reasons for this: First, the decision whether or not to create a given metric is initially more important than determining exactly how the data can be tracked, reported, archived, etc. While measurement can be expensive and sometimes not worth it, we've seen some teams talk themselves out of a potentially useful measurement simply because they weren't initially sure how to collect the data. Usually you have a choice as to what to collect and report – for example, maybe you focus only on exceptions, or only on quarterly reports – which can reduce the amount of paper..... .so it is clear which actions support each goal. The columns are defined as follows: Main objective and intermediate objectives: This column indicates the main and intermediate objectives of the improvement project. Each intermediate objective of the action plan is based on a problem statement. For example, the problem statement “Changing requirements” can be rewritten as an intermediate objective “Manage changing requirements”. The intermediate objective is a statement of the desired outcome when the problem has been solved. Goal Objective: This column reminds you of the motivation for this goal. Motive is determined by asking: Why do I want to achieve this goal? What benefit does it bring? Always complete this column. It will keep you focused and help you get through those times when you are ready to give up. Attach a flowchart of current and planned future processes..
