    As the world grows and changes, society becomes more and more integrated. It is undoubtedly a more connected world. Division still occurs at smaller levels, particularly between classes and ethnicities. Social classes and ethnicities play specific divisive roles. Understanding what these roles are, as well as how and why they form, can contribute to a better understanding of these groups. Despite debates over immigration, it remains true that there are myriad ethnic groups in the United States. These groups develop their own communities, services and organizations specific to their ethnicity. One example is the existence of Chinatowns, which can be found in many large cities. A Chinatown is important because it provides established and incoming Chinese immigrants with a welcoming and familiar place. They can search for all the services available to Americans, but in their native language and culture. Seeking employment, medical care, and financial assistance can be intimidating, but concentrating all of these services in an area similar to their home country can make this more possible (Ember & Ember, 2007, p.215). roles occur not only within ethnic groups, but also within classes. These class divisions allow for support from like-minded individuals. Situations that arise due to class division include informal credit associations, clubs, and charitable groups (Ember & Ember, 2007, p. 218). Groups are often linked to profession. Even if their explicit goal is not to divide classes, they tend to develop as such. They can offer money and professional support. Some military-related nonprofits are good examples of class-dividing groups. Many veterans returning home are in the middle of paper......once power is passed. It is possible for an unfit leader to be granted unwarranted authority. State-level policy can be poorly executed if political parties do not consider the best interests of their communities. Imposing taxes and recruiting men for war are extremely onerous responsibilities and should be treated as such. The power and authority that comes with political leadership is an important responsibility. This cannot be taken lightly. Even a leader must be able to lead his people in all necessary functions. Obtaining power and authority opens the door to corruption. It is therefore important that those in power are fair and objective.
