Enterprise is a large company with the approach and feel of a small business. Its mission is to “meet the rental, leasing, car sales and other related commercial motor vehicle and truck needs of our customers and, in doing so, exceed their service expectations, quality and value. (Enterprise Rent-a-Car, 2007) Business strategy for achieving and fulfilling its mission started with Jack Taylor's simple philosophy: "Take care of your customers and employees first, and the profits will follow." » The key elements of the business strategy are: Strive to retain long-term customers by striving to deliver more than promised, being honest and fair to provide exceptional personalized service that creates an enjoyable business experience . Motivation of its employees to provide exceptional services to their clients by supporting their development, offering opportunities for personal growth and remunerating them fairly for their successes and achievements.
