    Program Overview- What training method(s) will you incorporate into your program and why?- Discuss how you will achieve overload and progressive specificityIn my training program, I will seek to improve the muscular power of my legs. I chose to focus specifically on my legs as it will increase my abilities in my main sport; soccer. This will help me excel in my running, kicking, and overall give me a more explosive nature on the soccer field. And to achieve this success I chose three different types of training methods to work on. The training methods are plyometric training, circuit training and resistance training. Plyometric training is based on the muscles producing maximum force in the shortest possible time. This training method will be crucial in helping me improve at football. Like helping with endurance and power. This can help me in power as the strength of my leg muscles would be improved by a high rate of power development, thus giving an increase in muscle power and strength and could even help me gain weight....
