Globalization is the tendency of companies, technologies or philosophies to spread across the world, or the process of doing so. Organizational behavior is a field of study that involves groups of individuals, their structure, and how to apply the knowledge gained in order to make organizations more effective (Robbins, 2014). Understanding globalization and its effects on organizational behavior is essential to interacting effectively in the modern global economy. These four Bible verses must be considered when considering globalization and its effects on organizational behavior: the Parable of the Talents, the Commentary of James, the Mosaic Decree of Leviticus, and the Creation Mandate of Genesis 1:27.
