I had to help set up the tables and chairs. We first had to place them on four long rows of tables spread evenly between each so that there was plenty of space to walk between the tables. once that was done, we decorated the tables. I had to put table tops, plates and utensils on it. then set up decorations around the room. Finally everything was done and we opened the doors to welcome people. All I had to do was stand in front of one of the dishes and serve it to them if that was what they wanted to eat. When you do this, you should greet them with a big smile. During the event, if your plate ran out, you had to wrap it, clean it, then ask if anyone needed help with anything.
