    In the history of the island of "Kora", the island had been devastated by a violent earthquake triggered by a volcanic eruption four years earlier. The island, which before the disaster measured about twenty square miles, was reduced to less than a quarter of that size, or about four square miles. Before the earthquakes, the island could comfortably accommodate 850 to 900 people. It was a peaceful island where the inhabitants got along well. Due to the disasters, the lives of the residents have been changed forever. The aftermath of the disaster left conditions on the island rather bleak. If nothing is done quickly, the situation will continue to deteriorate and the resulting problems will jeopardize their way of life and, ultimately, their very existence. As a believer in divine command theory, I refuse to be considered a god. For the Bible says in Exodus 20:3 “You shall have no other gods before me” and Exodus 34:14 says “Worship no other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a God jealous ". That said, I am ready to be the leader of the people of the island. As leader, it is my responsibility to develop a strategic plan that will help save the people of the island, improve living conditions and improve the moral attitude of all. Dealing with the problems of Kora Island is not an easy task. task because we are dealing with people. Different people react differently to different situations. Their moral constitution is not always the same. Different people have different beliefs and values. The task is therefore often difficult and confusing. How to proceed to analyze the situation?
