We have found that our customers enjoy being pampered by their service. For example, when our clients come to our office, they want to feel comfortable, welcomed and not looked down upon. We have found that our clients appreciate the very comfortable environment we have in our office. We make it very comfortable; we always make a fresh pot of coffee and we even have a play area for our guests' children while they wait. With just these little things that we had added last year, we found that we are starting to have a more loyal customer.
