They all knew they were paid more than any other industrial plant in the area. All employees were able to buy a house, a car, send their children to college and own stock in the company. That said, the company culture has greatly improved the lives of all employees; in doing so, Lincoln Electric has achieved great success and is a company that all other companies should aspire to be.
