    There are several environmental effects such as temperature, wind and noise that act on any building structure. These play a key role in the comfort of people staying in these buildings. The main and primary objective of each facility is to provide a very comfortable and highly productive vacant place to the residents and occupants. Air temperature plays a big role in people's comfort level, which has a major direct effect on people's productivity. In today's economy of high unit and hard costs, it is also very important to optimize and regulate energy efficiency. and also reduce utility and unit costs such that organizations can perform the function within their predetermined allocated budgets. When people become dissatisfied with the thermal environment, it not only poses a potential and serious health risk, but it also impacts people's ability to work effectively and their comfort at work.
