Everyone is motivated to endure a tough workout that consists of a combination of quick burpees, push-ups, and countless squats. What I found is that most of the young and middle-aged participants work for Southwest Airlines. I chose Southwest Airlines because of the company's unique business strategy and because my Crossfit partners speak highly of Southwest Airlines. A servant's heart means that everyone is encouraged to treat each other with respect and concern for the customer. Finally, a fun-loving attitude suggests that employees should have fun at work. Value is a strong concept created to guide or direct the behavior of individuals toward a desired or favorable outcome. For Southwest Airlines, values ​​are not just about what the company believes, but also how it defines culture. Newly hired employees are tested on the company's three core values, and as a reward, Southwest Airlines offers a recognition program to all employees complimented by customers. These values ​​are mentioned in newsletters, staff meetings by the CEO and at special events. The internal promotion of Southwest employees is a fact and a testimony to the success of their development and training program. Southwest Airlines offers a program designed for strategically developed managers in an intensive manager-in-training program that prepares them for the next level. The university has overseen training and development for Southwest since 9/11 and has focused on improving its program to help employees achieve their goals.
