The Hilton Key Largo Resort is a six-year-old Hilton Worldwide hotel that is highly regarded and is a resort positively reviewed by vacationers on many websites of travel. As one of eleven successful Hilton Worldwide brands, Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an “innovative, forward-thinking global hospitality leader” (www.hiltonworldwide.com). This brand extends to 550 hotels and resorts in approximately 80 countries. At Hilton, we power the Hilton HHonors program, a loyalty program in which its members have the opportunity to earn points and airline miles for their stays at more than 4,000 hotels in 90 countries, as well as receive many other privileges complementary. .This report covers the basic company profile, which explains what the Hilton Key Largo location has to offer in the resort and surrounding areas. For the Balanced Scorecard section, I have put together a table that includes a strategic plan and management system to align our business activities with the mission and vision of Hilton Worldwide brands, develop strategies to improve internal and external communications of our site and find ways to monitor performance over the next year. The chart will be organized into a strategic map to allow its users to get a visual idea of where the perspective shots connect.
