The best way to increase these numbers is to change what I feed my body each day. Almonds and coconut oil added to my daily routine would enhance linoleic acid while still being healthy choices. Eating an orange as a snack and adding more vegetables like peppers, Brussels sprouts, or kale to my diet will help me get higher vitamin C levels. I love cheese and milk, but they contain a lot of saturated fat and limiting them also limits my calcium intake. Green vegetables and salmon are healthy alternatives for calcium intake. Physical activity is my weakest area. I only exercised one day a week and the plan was six to seven days a week. The most effective and reasonable way to achieve my goal is to not jump in with both feet and think that I should over-practice because I will lose interest. I enjoy classes like yoga, spin classes or kickboxing, which would be a great way to build my energy and keep me entertained.
