The face of this region has changed and not always for the better. However, there are issues such as social and political implications. While before globalization the situation was different, America was full of poor people, but today the gap between the rich and the poor has only widened due to the effects of globalization. This creates greater inequality within regions and a structural weakening of identity as well as individuality. According to the report of the United States Conference of Mayors on Historic Preservation in 1966, the American country experienced a feeling of uprootedness, during the period linked to the post-war construction boom and a high rate of mobility . Through the preservation movement, the passage of federal law created a sense of direction for Americans (Datel 78). The development of the complex cultural politics of homosexuality during this era is now coming into focus. Theaters and nightclubs are considered the symbol of development, while the city's nightlife and so-called high culture have become the main tourist attraction. Therefore, care must be taken to expand wilderness areas and integrate wilderness into the developing city. Urban development is a critical process that requires the joint efforts of institutions, organizations and individuals. It must be regulated and funded by governments, businesses and individuals. This requires major transformations of existing neighborhoods, transportation systems, industries, sewage and waste management systems, cultures and technologies. The social responsibility of the city dweller also requires a certain commitment. It means the extent and ability of citizens to hold the state and service providers accountable and make them responsive to the demands of citizens and beneficiaries..
