Bodybuilding can be defined as the shaping of the human body towards a completely enhanced potential, developing muscles to incredible size and proportioning every part of the body in progress and evolution, which creates an art of the body. This sport was introduced in the early 1890s to entertain the public. as a sport it was not taken seriously since no bodybuilder at the time had a big difference in size from ordinary humans. The sport has not been taken critically due to the lack of knowledge regarding bodybuilding and diet. In the 1890s, bodybuilding competitions were primarily based on strength, which among all competitors had the highest strength. As society evolved over the years, bodybuilding also emerged with the knowledge, technology and awareness of this particular sport. Judges in the sport have had to be stricter in terms of evaluating each competitor. Qualities such as symmetry and aesthetics were essential traits that every bodybuilder had to exhibit. The winner was determined by adding up the scores for symmetry and aesthetics and the bodybuilder who had the most stunning size and proportion would most likely be the champion. The way the bodybuilder posed and presented himself also determined the winning contestant. Over the years, bodybuilders became a sensation among various groups in society, as bodybuilders became bigger and bigger and were distinguished by invisible bodies. Bodybuilding began to grow as a culture, as another trend that impacted the eyes of society; bodybuilding was born in the fitness industry.
