    In the field of public administration, an organization will face many challenges to achieve its objectives. Most of these challenges will come from being able to adapt to advances in technology and changes as they arise. Because unlike anything else in the world, business technology can either make a business successful or make it fail. If a business is unable or unwilling to adapt and change, it will cease to exist. Technology is evolving rapidly and it will not slow down for anyone to catch up. For someone looking for a job in the 1980s, before the Internet, a person would fill out a well-dressed resume and turn in a hard copy to also have an interview the same day. Thanks to technology, today's young people fill out their resumes on their computers. They then send it as an email attachment to the HR of the establishment in which they wish to work and wait for a response if they are selected. The world of public administration will change to become more efficient for PA and in the near future people may have to compete with robots that will replace people in the future. During the colonial era, the political order was replaced by an emerging industrial market in which people believed. this position could not be obtained but inherited from wealth. So, if a person was very rich, then he or she had power and a position in public office. But Andrew Jackson believed that public service should be open to everyone in society and that wealth did not determine your position in the federal government since government jobs did not require experience.
