Every administration has made efforts to use force to defend its nation. The outcome of victory is varied. The job can be accomplished with proper preparation. The coalition's service in the premature phases of military operations was to disarm Iraq. The appropriate level of investigation, regardless of the political spectrum, is state-level analysis. The satisfactory reasons why this approach was considered are listed below. The imminent approach was to provide detailed facts on state level analysis, individual analysis and system level analysis. All of these perspectives were discussed through the interpretation of their profession. At daybreak in September 2011, 19 members of the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda hijacked four commercial planes. Two planes collided into the famous twin towers of the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan, and another crashed into the Pentagon outside Washington, DC (p. 301). Al-Qaeda, a terrorist, was blamed for the attacks with verification of Osama bin Laden. During the attack, former President Bush was visiting my elementary school to support the teenagers for their excellent test scores when America was attacked. He immediately left to report to his association in order to plan the measures to be taken in the face of the incursion. After the attack, Bush declared a world war against the assault on Iraq. The Bush administration claimed the operation was aimed at finding and destroying Saddam Hussein and his allies (guardian.co.uk). System analysts proposed that any system, referring to the Bush administration, had the responsibility to carry out any task appropriate to the current situation, following procedures mandated by Congress.
