It is also a question of intellectual strength, of those who can convince people, of those who can emotionally attack people to make them agree. Might makes right is not only attributed to the above. it is also and more effective if it is a pious religion, laws and doctrines, nationalism, patriotism, tribalism, etc. For example, religion and nationalism are the key that politicians use to justify and convince people to agree with everything they do. It is certainly true that those who seek power are the most superior and brave, but certainly not the best. And it is very likely that they will eventually become evil and abuse this power. It is also true that those who are inferior in the pursuit of power, who are not willing to seek the ultimate pleasure of life, make rules, laws and regulations to preserve their right to life. Because if they do not make rules and laws to ensure justice, they will be left behind and, in the end, the strongest will survive. But since all of the above is true and real, this is not a defense or explanation of why, it is only the reality of the animal part of human.
