In general, management can be defined as direction related to business or carrying out an activity that uses certain skills and techniques to achieve the objective of a job. . For an organization, the management of each individual group is very important to achieve the management's objectives. This will improve the efficiency of the use of limited resource management and the effectiveness of management of an organization. (Kreitner, 1983). Construction management refers to management activities related to the common service or task of architects, engineers and other parties related to building construction programs. These activities are carried out at the concept planning stage, the pre-design, design and construction phases contribute to the control of time, cost and quality of construction of new facilities. Meanwhile, project means a series of activities that have a specific objective, the beginning and the end of which is to achieve the objectives in an efficient manner by using the allocated resources efficiently and correctly.
