  • Essay / Assessment and feedback on my volleyball skills

Everyone has a general level of skill development, but people don't understand how to use these skills and improve them. In this essay, I will evaluate my volleyball abilities and the feedback techniques presented by my physical education teacher. Throughout the unit, I kept a four-week journal to record the type of training, feedback on play, and practice. These steps affect the improvement of skill development in my volleyball performance. The aspects of skill learning described in the essay were the main factors influencing skill development. These were the type of feedback, total and partial learning, mass practice and distributed practice, factors affecting skill development, and stages of skill development. The skill development volleyball unit was successful because my volleyball skills have improved since starting the unit. This assumption was because each skill development step assessed in this essay was used to improve my performance..
