Often, these personal values ​​and ethics can conflict with those of their employer. As an example, as an individual, a person's ethical guidelines may require honesty, integrity, and respect. If this person works for a company that does not necessarily operate according to the same principles, they are likely to face an ethical dilemma. This article examines how personal values, organizational values, and ethical values ​​come into play in the decision-making process. Personal Values ​​Personal values ​​are learned early in life and tend to remain fairly stable. Personal values ​​are those that set the tone and direction of a person's life and decision-making process. For example, my personal values ​​are based on reliability, loyalty, respect and dignity. These values ​​have not changed over time. However, they are more firmly anchored than when I was younger. One of my personal values ​​is that of reliability.
