    Brief IntroductionThis article aims to discuss the importance of professional skills. Part a is a macro-point to prove the absence of professional skills development in the overall content, which contains an analysis of the global flow for demand in terms of social, economic, technological and even individual benefits. Using theoretical and empirical evidence that has been researched by academics, and also providing an example or two. The second part is a reflection session for the author herself, to evaluate her professional skills through teamwork in classes, societies and field work and to diagnose the execution of these works . Not only some literatures are used, but also two tests and questionnaires are assisted to analyze team performance and exploration of personal potential. Either way, these analyzes and tests are really useful for the team and the individual and bring substantial improvements.Part A1 IntroductionThe demand for continuous development of professional skills on a global scale is currently a conversation in the framework of the growing trend of globalization. With the rapid development of social, economic, technological and cultural globalization, the demand for talents with high-quality professional skills does not tolerate any delay, but in some ways it will take time. Illustrated in The Global Talent mismatch (Eric, 2011), an interesting map that vividly reflects that the total demand for talent is far greater than the supply, the global talent market is extremely desirable.
