The most memorable campaign for them was when Seaworld posted “live” clips of an orca show from the front row of the stadium on Instagram. I asked about Blackfish and even though people were turned off by watching the movie, they still went to Seaworld because "you're guaranteed to see an orca." When asked what they thought of Blackfish, respondents explained that they felt that Seaworld's response to the film seemed to attract more attention than the film itself. The respondent states that he often sees a series of comments following a Seaworld response to a customer complaint every time he is on his Twitter.
