This present study will focus on the relationship between job satisfaction, self-esteem and stress among employees of organizations. Job satisfaction is an attitudinal variable that reflects an employee's overall feeling toward an individual's profession. According to Locke (1969), job satisfaction has been defined as a pleasant emotional state resulting from the evaluation of one's job or work experiences of an individual. Job satisfaction is an emotional state linked to an individual's working conditions and the culture of an organization. In other words, job satisfaction can also be defined as an individual's impression of his or her job in terms of specific aspects of it, including work, salary promotion, coworkers, and work in general. According to Robinson (2006), employee satisfaction is closely related to job satisfaction and affects the intention to leave or stay with the organization. According to many different researches, employee job satisfaction is essential to cope with the organization's vigorous and ever-increasing productivity satisfaction challenges by keeping their employees constantly engaged and encouraged. Hapak (1935) defined job satisfaction as being related to psychological, physiological and social factors. In other words, it is necessary for an individual to be satisfied physically, psychologically and socially to achieve job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of an individual's job or job. According to research, there are three reasons why managers should pay attention to their employees' job satisfaction:1. Research shows that dissatisfaction with work can lead individuals to leave the organization or resign.2. Better health and longer lives are expected of employees whose stress can worsen the symptoms of almost all medical and emotional conditions. If you have depression, mood disorders, or other conditions that cause low self-esteem, you may experience more stress and be less able to handle daily stress. According to different research, stress can lower an individual's self-esteem. The main objective of the present study is to check how job satisfaction is affected by stress, how stress affects self-esteem and how self-esteem affects an individual's job satisfaction. . In other words, this study focuses on the relationship between job satisfaction, stress and self-esteem. This study will focus on engineers, information technology employees and cooperative culture employees. The questionnaire is conducted among an equal number of engineers, information technology employees and cooperative culture employees..
